Leon is great! We popped in to get some advice on carpets and runners for our house. We had no idea where to start and he was really helpful! We asked tons of questions and he answered them all. Really good knowledge of all products and a very friendly person. He even stayed helping until 15 minutes after the store had closed- thanks so much Leon! We?ve ordered through Carpet Right rather than Tapi simply because of your customer service.

Absolutely pleased with the service, we were in a rush trying to find a carpet for this week and the fitting as well, went to many places but none of them could do it asap but Carpetright could do it. Very grateful with Hassan we sorted it out for us.

Very happy with the service provided by Hasan who patiently took his time to give us different options for carpets and laminated flooring and offered us a ''try test'' of the underlays available. Arrived at 6.15pm tonight (Tuesday) and they were closed. Website says they open til 8pm. Went next door to Tapi to buy our carpets instead.
