Usual experience here is very good, the staff are very friendly and always wish to help.
I?m writing this negative review, however, as a warning to the Pokémon card community. I purchased two packs of Pokemon cards from here today, one was not resealed, however one blatantly was. Had glue all on the inside of the pack, and the back ?hit? card. Can even see a fingerprint!
Do Not Buy Pokemon Card Packs Here!

I really hope this was the result of an ignorant return, and not one of the employees because as I?ve said, the experience here is usually fantastic. This even could have been their supplier, but this is completely unacceptable as now I have essentially (hopefully unknowingly) been scammed by a very well known store.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to the 2 ladies in card factory today who showed me compassion and outstanding customer service.
I left my phone in the shop and suffer from mental and physical health challenges, I was so anxious that I'd left my phone and ran back to card factory the female staff member had kindly safely put my phone to one side when I left it in the shop and it was waiting for me when I came back to the shop.
I was so relieved and overwhelmed that my phone was still there that I ended up having a panic attack.
The 2 female staff members were so kind they helped me to sit down and gave me a glass of water and Im so grateful ? ? ??
