Had a pleasant experience as usual ??.. your staff Daara was patient and explained the menu list to me with a very beautiful smile.. I will definitely come around again.. kudos to very nice customer service. Am impressed ?

Placed an order for delivery through the Burger King app (2 x Burger, 2 x Fries, Cheese Chilli Bites) £28.
They knowingly delivered the our order without one of the burgers. We called to the branch to resolve the issue. They said we could come and collect the burger but they can?t deliver. Defeats the point of paying for a delivery.
When we asked for a refund, they spent 15mins on the phone unable to process it (or so they said). We are still waiting for this to be resolved.
Terrible service. Huge inconvenience. Waste of time and money! Get Dominos or Maccy D?s!

Seem almost completely incapable of getting an order correct. Each time we have eaten from here there have either been missing food items, cold food or both. Not helpful trying to get a refund either. Avoid.

Had a quick bite to eat here with my 7-year-old when visiting Portsmouth. I rarely ever review fast food places, but Jess, who served us, deserves a shout out: a couple of little things, which she didn't have to do, really made my 7-year-old's day. Thank you, Jess!

Ordered for takeaway yesterday and it was packaged well and was made fresh for me as I had a long drive ahead of me. The manager was really accommodating for helping me out with opening the baby change room for me.
