I always buy my garden plants in B&M garden centre so was very disappointed today to see rows & rows of dead & seriously wilting plants.
Clearly they hadn't been watered dead headed & cared for.
There was a hose attached to a water outlet & I was tempted to water the plants myself particularly after talking to a member of staff who had little if any interest & informed me they are watered everyday. They hadn't been as I lifted several plants out of their pots & the soil was parched & crumbled.
When at the checkout I told the assistant. He informed me that the person who waters the plants was off sick! Obviously no one else is capable of watering in his/her absence.
This is a busy time of year for garden centres & this B&M store needs to pick it up!

This must be the best and tidiest B&M shop I've ever visited. So much so I returned for a second visit in one week! A large shop that has all you need. I particularly like the garden centre part! I filled my trolley with lots of really great priced tropical plants for my garden. Once again I shall be returning here often.
Well done to the staff for such a great job keeping it looking smart and tidy.
