Amazing lady on the phone this morning so polite, very helpful. Breakfast is amazing, we visited yesterday (11/01/25) and wanted to visit again today as family staying next door, but unfortunately fully booked. Food regularly replenished, hash browns and sausages were so good! Great coffee and price amazing especially when kids eat free! Will be back

Starters were great the main courses were awlful roast potatoes were obviously cooked many hours before and warmed up they were soggy the veg was cold , some had burgers that were over cooked and burnt on the bottoms , I did complain and said it was awlful the waitress said it wasn?t that bad when ya bill is over £250 it should be ? very dissatisfied

Licence agreement and management informed that bar opens at 10am. This is not so very disappointing. One will have to have a long reflective thinking session before one returns. This has left a very sour taste after enjoying a lovely family meal. Today was ment to be a celebration and ending up feeling like a funeral service.

Starter were Really nice and really Hot. The Festive Turkey was ok but wasnt great. The Carrots wasn't peeled, brussels Sprouts didn't take the outside of it, parsnips were really thin not much of it. Peas wasn't very nice. Roast Potatoes they tasted like they been on the Side for a few days. I was really dissapointed and wasn't worth £25.95. Some things they didn't have. The Atter Eight Sundae that was nice though amd refreshing. Should of gone for my instant and went for the Rib and Chicken combo I would of enjoyed that more. I don't think we will come again.

Food was bad. Lots of shortages on menu and then when it finally arrived it was cold.
The Mrs sent hers back. I ate mine because I was hungry. Burger and chips......better off getting a mac Donald's at half the price.
We won't be returning.

Booked a family meal for the festive menu it was dreadful
3/4 hr before anyone came to table only to be told there were items not available .
The neal took ages to appear
When it was time to pay the meal even tho it was a set menu we were charged for changes made as they were not part of the deal
The waitress was amazing she had too many tables to attend
We will never come back this restaurant

Attempted to go here for a quick dinner as it is next to our hotel. Probably the rudest maître?d I have ever encountered! She was having an argument with the party ahead of me in the queue because they wanted to add one extra guest, she was insulting them and being obnoxious. She was very rude and dismissive of us and rolled her eyes when we asked if there was space. I appreciate this time of year is stressful for hospitality workers but this woman is better suited to working in a prison cafeteria slopping out gruel! In addition, there was a huge number of items out of stock on the menu. In the end, we left without ordering and went to a restaurant 5 minutes drive away in the marina and had a lovely time. The harbour lights have gone out and needs to up its standards and friendliness.

Very friendly place, staff lovely. Everything was clean and service was fast even when very busy. They have good vegetarian and gluten free options. The food was ok, not bad by any means but perhaps a bit average for the price. Would visit again.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: They have a whole gluten free menu.
