The worst customer and kiosk service ever . If there is queue no one bothers to open another counter to serve the customer unlike other super markets

Shelves are normally near empty resulting in the shop having the feel of it closing down.Nowhere near enough manned checkouts, which is fine but make all the self scan points card only, having a mix of cash and card always results in a huge queue regardless of time or day.Staff are also super rude, suspect it's a mandate from management, but they hold the carrier bags hostage and if you have the audacity to ask for one they push you aside to scan it themselves as they don't trust you

This has become my store to go to. The prices, variety (including halal options), rewards, and location are great. I was a loyal lidl customer, but Asda really just won me over.

The shop is big and chaotic. I would concur with other reviewers that some staff are quite rude, they need more training or else shouldn't be in customer-facing roles. Customer services has long queues with customers buying huge quantities of scratch cards and cigarettes, so this shouldn't be in the same counter as those wishing to exchange or return items. The car park is a hazardous race track.

A very good supermarket, we find Romanian food, too. And the prices are good.
