Today I had over and above service from the team at Argos (Sainsburys), Farlington. So friendly and Liam in particulary was so helpful taking large items back and forth to my car and loading them up (twice). Thank you to you all but especially Liam. Great service. ??

Really helpful staff. Gave good advice to me and my husband when trying to buy a television. Were also helpful when my card declined! We had a few chuckles over that embarrassing moment. Well done argos Farlington staff.

Very helpful assistant. Search the product just from my description of the toilet seat from the Argos website. Help with the payment method and Nectar points. Went to get the item from the warehouse and handed it to me just as I put all my cards back in my wallet. Lighting fast and helpful. Thank you very much. Very impressive with the young lad. Located inside Sainsbury's at the back of the shop. Ordered online and this was local Argos that had item for collection. Order available immediately with no problems whatsoever.

Refused to give me a refund for a product they missold, their reason: it would be illegal to give me a refund because they weren?t supposed to be trading.... they claimed that the website makes this clear but when I tried to show them on my phone that you can go through the whole buying process never coming across a screen which tells you that you don?t have the right to return an item, they accused me of trying to covertly record them and ran into the back room. Finally got refund after contacting the law firm Argos retain, would advise you to do the same instead of dealing with these inbreeds
