Absolutely disgusted with Ross's behaviour today.
I went to the store with my husband and the team leader Ross approached us and literally snatched the product I had in my hands (a discounted product) telling me that I needed a better one. I told him that I like that specific product and he kept insisting.
In the end he tried to put the product back on the shelf instead of returning it to us. Disgusting!
Will never be returning to the shop again.

Today my wife and I went to the store for a product and the team leader Ross had an absolutely disgusting behaviour towards my wife. She felt harassed and bothered by him.
He came over without saying anything and literally snatched the product straight from her hands and tried several times to upsale. Saying that what she wanted (a discounted product) was not good enough although she already made her decision.
And then proceeded to put the product back on shelf instead of giving it back to us.
It was a really unnecessary horrible experience for both of us.
I will never be returning to the store again and I advise against going if you don't want to be harassed when you asked to be left alone.
Absolutely unacceptable behavior from staff.

Popped in today for a bra fitting, the girls at the desk were wonderful and so lovely!!! Found the correct bra size as well as looking at different options for what I wanted regarding bras. I never got the girls name but she was wearing a dark blue jumper and brown curly hair. (22/04/25)
Alongside the lovely Rhiannon, who convinced my mother to try a bikini on, after a weight loss journey she really boosted my mothers confidence and had offered to help my mum get fitted for a swimsuit when we go back.
Really lovely team and can not fault any of them!

Had the nicest experience today at Portsmouth Ann Summers. The lady who served me, Kirsty, was so kind and considerate. I needed help with bra sizing. I was down to my last ill-fitting, worn out bra, and really wanted to treat myself to something special. Immediately she helped me find the right size, and recommended me some beautiful sets. The whole experience gave me so much more confidence in my body. Only intended to buy one everyday bra, and left with four gorgeous sets! Very happy with the products I bought, and the service I received.

They allow men to go into the changing room and try on lacy lingerie. When put a review up about it. They get it removed. Nice one Ann Summers

As a trans woman I was extremely nervous, but they were absolutely amazing. They helped me out with sizing, the best style for me and even advising on hosiery that would be work appropriate. Will definitely be going back.

Would like to say thank you so much to the two ladies who helped me choose the right size bra yesterday at Ann Summer's in Portsmouth. Both very helpful and friendly. One of the ladies measured me as the fitting rooms were closed due to covid. They both fitted perfectly when I got home! I bought one padded and one non padded. Lovely quality. Thank you ?? xxx
