We visited Alexandra Sports for the first time on Sunday for a gait assessment with a view to buying new running shoes. I was introduced to Hannah who was really friendly. The assessment was extremely thorough and I was very impressed by what was covered and astonished at my results. Hannah then brought out a choice of running shoes appropriate to my running style and what needed support and I was surprised at how they ?corrected? a couple of issues. Would definitely recommend them.

I came in with no appointment, waited about 5 minutes and was then given full attention in helping me find a pair of running trainers. The lady did a full gait analysis and then brought out some trainers for me to try. She was really helpful and honest about each shoe but at no point made me feel pressured into buying a pair of shoes that I didn't want. I was able to try each and have a little run up and down and see how it felt. I was genuinely very pleased with the customer service offered as I have been to other places where staff are unfriendly and don't seem to want to help so it's appreciated when they are more than just a staff member working there! As a result of all this I have come away with a super comfy pair of brooks trainers which feel perfect! Thank you

After my wife had two knee replacements, she had a problem with her the arch's on her feet and the way the feet were rolling, after being put on a machine the accesses the way the feet touch the ground when you walk, she needed insteps for her shoes which will help reline her feet, the Worman who done the accessment was very helpful and explained everything, very polite and very knowledgeable, Thank you very much

Wow! Over the moon, Sam?s knowledge of the product range, together with the high tech gait analysis equipment gave me a perfect fit shoe, I went in with a slight limp and walked out with new trainers on and no limp. Fantastic value for money and experience, I?ll never buy trainers from anywhere in future. All of this and to top it off Sam?s bedside manner is superb. Thank you.

Booked an insole fitting for me two children 7 & 10, service was brilliant, the time an patience taken to listen to my ?chatty? children and then explain all the analysis, they had a great time! Insoles fitted and immediate difference seen in their posture. Highly recommend
