Is there a way to provide a (-5 Star review?) My experience has been nothing but atrocious. I am completely disappointed and dejected at the lack of accountability from your organisation.
I placed my order on 3rd of September and it is 6th December today - Forget about receiving my order, the customer service of your organization has been pathetic. First I chased after 2 months and I got a reply that this product has variable timeline and that the part will be shipped by the manufacturer directly to my address on 13th Nov. So as stupid as I am, I waited for the delivery and when nothing arrived, I finally chased again on 1st december. This time I got a reply the date has been moved by the manufacturer :-). When were you going to let me know that the date has been moved? I dont think that the manufacturer is going to start manufacturing it after receiving my order. Thats not how logistics work. It has been an absolute failure on your part to ensure delivery of a commodity YOU have accepted payment for. It has been 3 months since I made the payment. and to top it up, you are now saying there is NO ETA. amazing.

SCAMMERS !!! BOTH ORDERS CAME WRONG HAD TO PAY £3 EACH TO SEND BACK STILL WAITING FOR REFUNDS. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND EMAILS ARE AUTOMATED SO YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. EMAILS ANSWERS ARE SENT 2 DAYS AFTER YOU HAVE SENT AN EMAIL WITH THE SAME MESSAGE NO WONDER THERE REVIEWS ARE 0 NEVER USE AGAIN !!!!!

Paid for 2 day delivery, they lied and said despite not being dispatched that it will come in time. Obviously it didn?t, because they lied and just didn?t want me to cancel the order. Item never arrived. Don?t order if you need your item in time for a job.

Lamp cover on extractor hood failed for some unknown reason, phoned the UK office of the Italian manufacturer to be told that they did not hold or distribute spare parts. Did a Google search which came up with S2R, put the hood model number on their web site, found and ordered the part on 10/1/24 it arrived today 13/1/24 fitted in seconds. For my part I would highly recommend this company for stock levels and speed of service. Thank you S2R.

I lost my charging case for my Sony headphones. Sony don't make it easy to find a replacement and don't bother responding to emails. Luckily Spares2repairs had the part and it has been recognised as a genuine part when connected to the Sony app. I have a couple of white good parts that need replacing so will be using them for that as well

Ordered a spare part which is identical to the manufacturers part, for less than 50% of manufacturer price. Cannot fault the website directories to locate the part, nor the comms being continuously updated, nor the robust packaging, nor the stated delivery timescale. Part fitted in 2 minutes. If only all repairs could go a smoothly as this one. Recommended

probably the worst website I have ever used. Virtually no aftercare, took me 5 days to organise a return. No reply from any of my emails or online chat tickets. Emails and website are incomprehensible, no phone number, no aftercare...

I ordered 2 items next day delivery but only received one! No sign of the second with DPD saying it was never shipped. No reply from this company in any format, they?re not replying to emails or accepting phone calls. Disappointed indeed.

Fantastic service! It was really easy to locate the camera part I needed on the website. Placing the order was easy and the communication throughout the order process was exceptional. I received a number of updates on the status of my order and I was extremely happy with the level of service. I will definitely use when I need replacement parts again - thank you so much!

Terrible customer service and incorrect product - I was directed by Samsung themselves to purchase a spare product from this company. Samsung gave me the link to the correct product on the suppliers website to avoid any doubt. I proceeded to order the product and although the part number and image was correct in the packing slip - The actual product and part number was incorrect, looked different and didn't fit my TV. Mistakes happen but I have been unable to contact this company for a replacement / refund of ~ £120 because they don't provide a phone number and don't respond to multiple messages via their website (The only option they give). Hope to get a resolution soon, as been without a TV despite paying for priority delivery on the part and now further delayed waiting for a reply and delivery of the correct part

Do Not bother with this company . Totally inadequate , zero service , refuse to answer emails meaningfully(just an automatic response),refuse to take any calls , on line chat 100% useless. Goods sent out (which I paid for)totally unmatched to request even having sent photos and serial numbers they still sent a random item of no use but I can not get ANY response that allows me to discuss the useless item I have paid for . A total waste of time and very frustrating . They wonder why only 1% leave a review ! Too frustrating sire to even do that ! I have emailed at least 6 times asking for assistance with the errors they have made but they refuse to contact . Or refund obviously ! If i could give a minus star rating I would ! An utter waste of a company !
