Two or three guys not doing very much, but didn?t have time to fit me one tyre that I could have left for an hour or so, wanted me to book in for the next day as too busy! Went to Portsmouth Exhaust and Tyre Services down the road who sorted me out in less than 30mins.

I have been using Portchester Kwikfit for the past 7-8 years. The first few years, great managers and customer service, however over the years I have noticed the high turnover of manager or the in charge person and customer service is gradually going downhill.Often the person who calls to let you know how the MOT and servicing went speaks very quickly with lots of jargons.For the past few years, often I have to ring to see when I could collect the car as I don?t hear from the garage even though it was an hour and a half before closing and my car was with Kwikfit first thing in the morning.I drove my car away this time thinking I probably won?t use Kwikfit anymore. We did have excellent customer care and experience 7-8 years ago but as I said for the past few years, I have not been impressed consistently.Also I?m not sure if this is a normal practice - I have a cream carpet underneath with a black mat on top in my car. I remembered Kwikfit use to put a paper on so when work was done, it keeps the customer?s car clean. This time, I had a big black shoe mark on the cream carpet.Poor communication, too much jargon so unable to fully understand. However I have to get the work done to past my MOT. Unsatisfied customer experience overall.
