I can't praise the staff enough. Yesterday I needed to cater for someone with coeliac disease and someone with a peanut allergy. I phoned to ask about the use of peanuts, and assumed it would be a no-go for being gluten free. How wrong I was! We’ve never had a problem with these, we order at least once a week and have done for a few years.
We ordered at 6:10pm tonight, we rang at 8 to see what was going on, to be told it will be another 45 minutes, so almost 3 hours!
I explained an even longer wait isn’t acceptable, so cancel the order and refund me.

Writing this review whilst sat in golden boat for over an hour waiting for food. 1.5 hours from telephone order to food cooked is bad.
