“Lamp cover on extractor hood failed for some unknown reason, phoned the UK office of the Italian manufacturer to be told that they did not hold or distribute spare parts. Did a Google search which came up with S2R, put the hood model number on their web site, found and ordered the part on 10/1/24 it arrived today 13/1/24 fitted in seconds. For my part I would highly recommend this company for stock levels and speed of service. Thank you S2R.”
