I shop in here on the regular for both fuel and food. There?s 2 really grumpy women who work there. One?s a bigger lady who has curly hair, the other is the taller lady with short blonde hair. Always miserable, never smile and give awful customer service. Been this way for at least a year.
All the other staff are cheerful, make conversation and just make an effort with their customers.
Range of food here is great with the M&S range, petrol prices aren?t out of sync with the rest of the region either.
Just a shame about those 2 miserable employees. This review was left after my visit this morning 06/07/24 at around 7:20 this morning.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Cheerful and bright and in the Christmas spirit. Will definitely return especially for one of their lovely coffees. Janet is a real credit to the shop as is the manager. Thank you x

I have shopped at this branch for years, and always find the staff polite and friendly. But today I went in for a few groceries and the girl serving on the till was excellent at being IMPOLITE. She had dark longish hair, she must be quite new as I have never seen her before. I put my items on the counter and she said in a bored irritated voice "do ya need a bag" (her words) I said no thanks I have one of my own. She then told me the total of my shopping , but I didn't hear her and when I looked at the till screen the price wasn't on the screen??? She didn't say please or thanks once, and was clearly annoyed that I had asked for her to repeat the price. I couldn't understand what her problem was, I said thanks when she gave me the change in the hope she might say thanks back, but no she finished the transaction in her rude impolite way. If she is bored of her job, perhaps she should leave and find a job elsewhere? There are plenty of people looking for jobs, she is definitely in the wrong job

Reliable if you're going for food but for fuel more than often the pumps are shut due to refuelling or other reasons don't rely on it if you're desperate.

Stop here every morning to get my bits for work. Staff are very friendly and chatty even at the time I shop there.
