Today, I went with my son to Lidl and when we were about to go off the car wouldn't start, since I am new to this area and I don't know anyone. I entered in panic. When I saw at the opposite direction there was the White Rose, so I decided to ask for help.I came through this app to give thanks the supporting way. There is always good people in this world. I have owned and purchased both of the 2 VW Tiguans from White Rose and over the last 15 years they have maintained each vehicle to a very high standard!!! Serviced regularly and always a very pleasant, professional service, nothing has ever been too much trouble , always repaired to a very high standard and never any shortcuts !!! Highly recommended !!

Have been a customer of White Rose for over 20 years and, whilst pretty satisfied over this time, have seen a gradual decline of the customer service offering over this period, especially in the alst couple of years since they stopped car sales. Had an engine warning light appear over the weekend and rang WR this morning who told me to bring the car in - all good so far. They called this afternoon to say their preliminary diagnostic was for a fault they could not action because their only fully trained technician was on holiday and then was \\\"fully booked\\\" until mid October. so well over a month from now. The attitude was basically \\\"go away and find someone else to do the work as we can't.\\\" Not helpful at all, and they have done a great job in losing a loyal, long standing customer.

Continued awful service from Peter Cooper Chichester so switched to here. Great service both routine service/MOT and warranty work. Recommended.

Had the engine management light illuminate whilst we were house sitting. White Rose Petersfield were the nearest VW dealers so phoned them explaining the situation. This was an emergency as it was purchased last day in the area before travelling the nxt day to a new location.Words cannot express my feelings at the quality of service I received. Lee dealt with me and within 1hr from arriving my car was tested, fixed and handed back. I wish all visits to garages were as amazing as White Rose. Thank you guys for your amazing professional , speedy and polite service.

Very disappointing service. Took the car in for a service. Notified them of a problem with the air conditioning and brining my car in for a service. It's not the closest place to me, but they agreed to look at it. Only then to say "yes, it's faulty", but that they can't fix it because the master technician is not there to do that. Wish they told me before we took the car all that way.

My car went in for a major service and MOT and Leigh and James could not have been more helpful. They kept me in touch and had all the paperwork to hand when I went to pick up the car. They went through the vehicle health check thoroughly.

I took my car in this morning for intermittent non start. Which I believe to be the start button (common fault). As my car is 2.5 years old I believe this should be covered under warranty. Due to no fault code being stored they would not help (although fault obviously present) I was passed to and from people with no mechanical understanding and was basically told Tough luck. This is exactly why people do not like dealers and why the reviews do not read well. Now I have to get onto customer services to try and get this rectified. Terrible service

I have had my car serviced here since I brought it 4 years ago.Took it in for service 3 weeks ago, part of the £189.00 cost is for wash and hoovering .My wife picked the car up and it was still dirty inside and out.I emailed them and got a reply saying someone would contact me shortly . That was nearly 3 weeks ago.Happy to take my money, but not to complete the works the cost is for .

Absolutely shocking service from a member of the sales team when I phoned up yesterday to book a test drive of £15,000 car. Insinuated that it was a risk to let me take a car out when I said I was downsizing and wanted to check the cars' power was ok for my needs..... and there was me thinking the car industry was in need of sales :)I'm not Lewis Hamilton - I am a 48 yr old IT professional. But I was a potential customer who would have paid £15k to the White Rose VW Dealership if they had any interest in selling a car!I will never use this dealership again - how insulting.
