Positive experience today.
I had dropped my glasses and needed it to be fixed.
Obviously, you need your glasses so I was happy to hear that they were able to fix it.
Elena was the one who handed it over in the end. However all the staff members were very professional!
I would recommend people to book an appointment because they are busy in the afternoon.
Hats off to the team!

What a lovely branch!
I had such a great experience at Specsavers Petersfield today.
From reception to testing to the optometrist ? everyone I met was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease.
I went through several tests, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and even filled with laughter! ?
I didn?t catch everyone?s names, but the entire team was amazing. Thank you for making what could?ve been a stressful appointment feel so relaxed and positive!

After quite a long wait I went to the desk after choosing my glasses, I was told three different prices. When I asked why The guy that I saw was quite rude asking what don?t I understand! He was even very abrupt to a member of staff when they told me it was buy one get one free he told her to stay out of it in front of me. He stormed off to get the manager when I was asking a simple question on buy one get one free. I did eventually speak to the manager. I was then told that the guy that was serving me, doesn?t normally see clients at the desk. He actually does the eye test and was just helping out as they were short staffed he was not professional whatsoever, even had the wrong paperwork in front of him I won?t be returning to Petersfiled Specsavers worst service iv every Experienced

Picture this:
I'm in the area for the weekend, and I realise I forgot my spare daily contact lenses and glasses at home(London), including not having a copy of my eye prescriptions. I was due to drive back home.
This was one of the only optician open close by, on a Sunday.
Popped over and was told without my prescription they wouldn't be able to help.
Anjali my lifesaver popped over to the front desk and asked what the issue is, and totally understood my problem. Somehow she managed to find a slot to test my eyes and issue me with a trial pair of contact lenses to get me home.
I can't thank her enough for the care and service she provided with so much empathy. She must be such an asset to the branch.
