Bright, attractive and modern bank in the centre of town. Plenty of automated machines inside and out but they also have a conventional manned counter at the back. Staff have always been very helpful when I've had a query. I've been a Santander customer for almost 20 years and never had a problem.

Can't seem to get an answer to my question re depositing foreign cheques

Tried to withdraw money from ATM. It took money from my account but did not give me the cash. It's not the first time this happened with this ATM. Two stars as the lady in the bank was helpful and told me what to do to get my money back. Just use different ATM if You can!!!
