Took my Canyon gravel bike in for a check on Di2 gears as not shifting correctly. Adam sorted, gave me some advice on tyre pressures and a Strava route to go for a test ride, great service!

I have used Owen for many years from accessories, servicing to buying my new bikes, his sage advice is always fantastic but today, I visited again and saw the guys in the shop about options for a new bike. They were so helpful, talked me through every option, pros and cons, with no regard to cost and profit, just genuine advice for me to then decide the best option for me. As always, I?ll be back and I can?t recommend them enough.

Had noisy gears on my bike and changing was slow. So, I spent 2-3 hours that evening 'adjusting' them. Went for a ride the next day and the gears were all over the place, changing cogs whilst going uphills, when I didn't expect it was disconcerting. Took it to Owens in desperation thinking the gears were worn out. However, John spent a little over 20 minutes on it and said they were OK now. Went for a 30-mile ride in the South Downs and the gears were as sweet as a nut. The only thing that annoys me is that I wasted 2-3 hours of my life trying to fix them. Thank you.

Fantastic thorough sympathetic service of a vintage Raleigh shopper bicycle. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional staff at Owen?s Cycles, Right-Bike, Petersfield. Service done in a couple of days, excellent costing for parts and labour. Total price for the service of a vintage bicycle, parts and labour was amazingly reasonable.
I was very impressed with the customer service 5*.
I am not local but it was well worth travelling to this knowledgeable, excellent, cycle mechanics shop, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to any bicycle enthusiast.
