Rude staff member - came in at 1900 when there was still an hour left of opening, asked where the newspapers were to be told they?d been put away. Asked if I could have a telegraph, told no very bluntly. Waitrose thankfully had papers still, won?t be going to this M&S again?

Absolutely delighted with my experience at the M&S Simply Food in Petersfield town centre. Its convenient location is a bonus for quick grocery runs. The shelves are well-stocked, offering a variety of products. The cleanliness of the store is commendable and makes for a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Plus, they provide car parking. But what sets this place apart is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, making shopping here a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Wonderful products but noticed they overcharged several times - they blamed it on systems bot being updated to recognise discounts. Then manager was very rude when I complained to her! Check your bill carefully!

Standard M&S Food with good quality produce but a few strange omissions (eg: no large pots of normal yoghurt but many varieties of Greek yoghurt. Why?)
