Some staff knowledable and some not so much but always pretty helpful overall. Good selection of Vitamins and supplements. They have the best probiotic on the market pretty much called the ultra, and their manuka honey selection is very good. Store is also clean and tidy

Staff are very knowledgeable and understand customer service. Bit of a small shop though.

Every time, awful. Just recently especially, the staff have had no knowledge of any of the products. Cannot offer advice and one older gentleman, in particular, is extremely slow and cannot even use the till without messing it all up. Luckily I managed to find my Tofu and Miso soup paste and many other products within the same town. I usually order from you online, but even that has become a bit of a minefield. Please train your staff to at least know what products you sell, if not a little bit of info about them.
