Visited on Sunday. Item I selected was marked as a promotional item with 20% discount. Subsequently charged full price. This lead to a discussion which ended up with me getting the discount and them altering the rack display 20 seconds after I left the store....

Pleased that Petersfield has a FatFace store, and even happier now that they offer "click and collect." I often check the store before ordering online, as they sometimes stock small in the items I want.

Visited Fat Face in Petersfield, 01/6/2023, unfortunately never got the names of the 2 ladies working there, but the Customer Service was exceptional, thank you so much for such a pleasant experience, so polite & helpful.You two ladies do Fat Face proud.I really hope your managers see this & reward you accordingly.

Popped into Petersfield Fat Face today and the staff were just so friendly and helpful. Our receipt showed Kerry as the crew member that served us.. honestly, just so down to earth and just great, thank you Kerry! My daughter loves her slippers and all the bits she was spoilt to, thanks again for making her smile and feel welcome. It?s the little things and this was just great. Thank you again.

I normally shop online (a little too often if you ask my bank manager!) Petersfield is my go to store for any physical purchases. The staff member (male) was very helpful, I had gone in to exchange an item. The store was clean and clothing was displayed in a logical manner as always.

Love this shop.very good quality clothes.but I can't wear there long sleeves tops or Jumpers because they are to short for me.as iam a very tall person.I will pop back soon when you get new stock in because I do have a birthday gift for £50
