I don't often go to Costa anymore, but my wife had a birthday voucher to use.
I find the latte's are too weak, so always opt for a flat white.
I normally struggle to find a cake I want, but I must admit that the carrot cake I had was really tasty.
There were a couple of staff training in the store, which meant that they were really
helpful and friendly.

I?ve been to loads of costas all over the place and this one again and again is without doubt the slowest ??.. even with different people!!!

Soooooo slow! Second time I've been here and had the same experience. Staff are polite, but in their own world spending more time talking to each other than getting on with making the drinks. I appreciate that Petersfield has a slower pace of life than the one that I'm used to, but still, basic customer service is universal. It feels as if there is no reliable mechanism for ordering a coffee; both times my order has been forgotten between till and barista. There is a lot of choice in Petersfield for coffee: I won't be back.

I always use upstairs as it's cleaner and quieter than downstairs! Coffee is good, though the service can be patchy.

Short staff again but the guy with the beard keeps the place going, great job. Unfortunately the owner and higher management just can't sort the lack of staff problems. How about they come in and do the washing up and help out. Never buy food as it's too expensive like the coffee.
