Toilet is never open
Decent coffee

I visit Cafe Nero in Petersfield several times a week. It is in a great location overlooking the market square.
Over recent months service is getting slower and inconsistent each time. Sometimes there is only one person serving and marking the drinks while everybody waits. Today cups were left on three of the outside tables with flies buzzing around.
What this store really needs is a Starbucks to open next door and see how it fairs.

Helpful staff, good coffee, but standing in a long queue for 20 minutes will drive me out to a restaurant down the road where you can order an equally good coffee, with no queue, take your seat and have your coffee brought to you. Just my preference

Coffee only. Excellent location to sit and chill and watch Petersfield go by.... Good service, polite, friendly etc. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely use again.

Walls are dirty, photo frames look like they have been wiped with a dirty cloth. Staff stressed so service not brilliant. Sad plastic plant says it all. Mould on ceiling and webs on frames

We don't visit Petersfield very often, and we didn't realise that there is a Nero's. Now that we know there is we will visit often. However, I'm not a dog lover, and I do wish that Nero's would have a dog area where possible.

Dog friendly cafe, great coffee! Friendly staff ?More vegan options would be lush, but there is usually a savoury and sweet option available.
