Blind, rude, or ignorant staff....Mostly....few exceptions but in general I try to avoid the place as much I can...Rather order from the internet or going to the other side of the street into the Superdrug if they might sell the same thing

Boots is starting to appear very dated across all their stores and could really do with a rebrand and some sprucing up of their merchandising. In that context the Petersfield store is consistent with their other stores except for a curious lack of self-service tills which made for a long wait to leave. Self-service is marvellous and implemented in every other Boots I can think that I?ve visited.

Staff are friendly at check out (how refreshing to have real life people!). The licenced pharmacist is super helpful and knowledgeable. However I feel the the rest of the pharmacy team should come to work looking more professional and presentable.

I came to boots to print some photos however the iPhone cable wasn?t working & I was shown by a fantastic member of staff Ricardina who helped me print off the photos using the QR code which was actually much easier. She was very friendly and a fantastic member to the team in petersfield Thankyou Ricardina.

Absolutely appalling rude pharmacy. The person at the desk: Stephanie should not be permitted to deal with customers. They didn't hold sufficient stock and when I presented the prescription they told me to wait 30 minutes following which they said they didn't have it. Stupidly the pharmacist then showed the prescription as discharged preventing me from getting it elsewhere. They don't answer their phones so I had to walk all the way back to tell them their mistake.

The staff are all lovely but the pharmacy is short staffed and are rarely able to answer the pharmacy phone. It isn?t always physically possible to come to pharmacy and queue up in order to query something that could have been sorted over the phone. Too many folk are physically unable to stand for long periods of time plus many carers don?t have the time&energy to queue on the chance of achieving satisfaction for their clients.It is all very well for the pharmacy to text me but not allow me to text back with a query is ridiculous.As I said, staff in pharmacy and store are all lovely but the telephone needs to be answered within 5 minutes at least.

Everyone knows Boots. This one in Petersfield has lovely helpful staff and also great discounts. I notice that many items are cheaper here than supermarkets

Once again unable to get my prescription. They ordered it next day told me it was in but still in the box awaiting sorting. Went back 2 days later to be told it had not come in as out of stock !! Useless

Probably the worst pharmacy in town. Always slow, never have anything ready and seems like no one works here. The line is always long. Ive started not bothering if my prescription gets sent here

I received the most helpful service whilst considering buying products at the No 7 range today. Your employee (unfortunately I didn?t note her name)spent time using the device which monitored skin condition, explaining and advising me re the appropriate lotions available. She spent time helping me to understand the ingredients and their benefits whilst exploring my daily skin care routine.She is a great asset to your Company. I wish the Manager to be made aware of her ability and to be commended for her service. Thank you.I would also like to point out that I had contact with two other employees and both were helpful, informative and cheerfully polite.
