Blind, rude, or ignorant staff....Mostly....few exceptions but in general I try to avoid the place as much I can...Rather order from the internet or going to the other side of the street into the Superdrug if they might sell the same thing

Boots is starting to appear very dated across all their stores and could really do with a rebrand and some sprucing up of their merchandising. In that context the Petersfield store is consistent with their other stores except for a curious lack of self-service tills which made for a long wait to leave.
