came in Saturday night for food, which was incredible. The food is spot on every time we come and the service was great, Lilly Liam and Ben took care of us very well. Very pleased and will definitely be back!

We held our Daughters Baby shower there last Sunday,the staff were friendly and helpful by allowing us to change the area they had reserved for us ,to make it flow better..
The buffet was excellent and plenty to go round,everyone commented how nice it was .
I would highly recommend Village Inn Parkgate if your looking for a venue with a good buffet.

Nachos chips was old not fresh, young waiters (guy) communication skills zero,not friendly helpful! First time my partner and I celebrated our anniversary service food was excellent, second time we got young guy waitress I had a mistake I went with my dog that area in the restaurant which is dog free because my partner was busy to order food and forgot to tell me just carpet area I allowed to take my dog ,young waiters was shouting to me Im not allowed to take dog here, he didn't come to the table to tell me nicely just shouted from far, I got humiliation,around people was watching me he wasn't friendly his voice was disrespectful,he needed to come to my table and tell me, sorry but this area dog free after help me to find table because many tables was reserved and didn't know where can I sit with my old french bulldog. Third time nachos was old not fresh also we got the not friendly young guy again with out any customer service skills which is required in this place (nice, friendly, helpful etc...

Yet again another fantastic meal, they were very busy, we were told there may be a delay, that was fine. The food was out alot faster than we expected. All hot and fresh. A very pleasant lunch. Thanks

Had an amazing Sunday roast with my family. Service was very quick and food was amazing and extremely filling. I also bring my sausage dog Mavis and she liked my turkey.
