We chose Sheila Hurst Florists to provide funeral flowers. We had an idea of what we wanted, but with a limited knowledge of flower varieties it was hard to articulate, with the exception of the fact we wanted predominantly yellow roses. Wow, did they hit the spot. The tribute provided was absolutely beautiful, and exactly what we had imagined. Thank you!

My 15 year old son went into Sheila Hurst florist in Park Gate to purchase some roses for his girlfriend for Valentine?s Day. My son asked for a dozen mixed roses and was told the price for this would be £40, however they over-charged my son by £10 and charged £50 to my card. Following this incident, I went into Sheila Hurst to query this and was spoken to in a rude, undermining and unhelpful manner. The woman in the shop proceeded to call my son a liar claiming that they were always £50 to which I replied is extortionate. The woman then continued to shrug her shoulders at me and said not to forget that that includes the packaging!! Her attitude was disgusting. This issue has still not been resolved. More so, the bunch of roses my son received were appalling and looked like something you could purchase next door from the Co-Op for £10. I feel my son was prayed upon and seen as a vulnerable lonesome child and that Sheila Hurst took advantage of this opportunity. I will NOT be using this florist again and would not recommend to anyone.

These people seriously should up they're game if they want to stay selling flowers. I wanted to send my daughter flowers as she had looked after me so well for 3 weeks after a fall. The women I spoke to didn't seem to have a clue blaming Covid (not another one) and everything I asked for they didn't have or were expensive (,lilies roses!) and my £40ish pounds wouldn't cover that with delivery at ,£6,!! My daughter has sent me a photo and as you would expect has said they were lovely.....I on the other hand was appalled I Really wish I had gone to Waitrose or Tesco they were that bad and to cap it all was £46!!! ,which I should have refused to pay. My friends are equally horrified so I will definitely not be buying flowers again fro. There
