The owners really need to get their act together here - the a/c has been out of action for weeks and now the boiler is out of action (5th day at timd of review). I really like this place and the staff are great but I?m going to stop coming here altogether if something isn?t done soon.

Visited on 3rd July and the atmosphere was lovely clean store and vert friendly staff always get serviced fairly fast never had more than a 5 min wait their frappies are delicious
Chocolate fudge frappie without coffee with whipped cream is fantastic every one should try it very good in hot weather will be using them again

Appalling customer service I was treated very badly by the staff in this branch, I went in about 5.55 on Monday , I haven?t long been released from hospital and I now move with a Walker I went in to get a treat for my son who has been caring for me, when I got into the branch I stood by the counter fiddling with my phone to bring up my Costa app , probably stood there a few minutes and then went to the til , the young girl gleefully announced ? It?s 6 o?clock I won?t serve you now? ?.. I looked at my clock it was 6 ? I said ? I?ve just been standing there for 2 minutes trying to find my Costa app? so no drinks for me. I was terribly disappointed and as I was leaving the young girl and another assistant a lad with dark hair standing behind her actually smirked at me as I left .. SMIRKED! Very upsetting and made me feel humiliated. Costa you need to know what sort of people are representing your brand , I hope the staff are proud of themselves on getting one over on the lowly unimportant customer.

Imagine coming in to be served by someone who rolled there eyes at for you because you were just unsure on what you wanted and it had only been 30 seconds and no one was in the queue. Will take my business to The Oaty Goat in future

Went in on a Friday afternoon with my partner, he asked for our two drinks and then I asked if it could please be in a takeaway cup as we weren?t planning on sitting in. Lady who was on the tills ( short brown hair ) very rudely corrected my partners order and told him they don?t even have that drink and also proceeded to tell me that it will be done in a takeaway cup because there?s people infront of us. The attitude she had was shocking for someone working in customer service. Safe to say we did not end up getting our drinks and both left feeling shocked at the attitude on the server.

Staff are always friendly and happy.
Parking: Large car park, usually difficult to get parking very close to shops.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, OK baby changing facilities, highchairs available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair friendly, disabled toilets are good size.

Convenient location in the village centre, a popular coffee stop.
Wobbly tables (looks like the floor screed was pretty poorly laid) don't help; spilt my coffee by leaning on the supposed level table due to the base wobbling on the uneven floor. Several signs of scrunched up tissue or cardboard propping up tables around us.
Dirty cutlery, old food stuck to knife and fork. Poorly cleaned and not checked before given to us. Not nice.
Good selection of cakes and pastries, coffee was really nice.

One of the few Costa Coffee outlets where the staff appear to possess common sense and ask how their customers would prefer their drink to be made - We wish we thought to get her name, but there?s a tall-ish girl whose been spot-on with service each and every visit.
