This is my usual spot for a coffee when I drove down to London to pick up my kids at weekends. but this morning young lady at the till impressed me with her service.
I myself in a hospitality business for a long time and I believe this kind of approach should be awarded.

After spending the weekend with my long distance boyfriend, I was looking at a 3 hour journey home in a rubbish mood. Stopping at Starbucks I asked the young guy serving me what he thought of a specific coffee where he told me it wasn?t for him, I appreciated his honesty and went for my regular. When I pulled up the window, the manager explained that the drink is an acquired taste and offered for me to try it alongside my regular just in case. She was right, it was in fact lovely and their kindness turned my foul mood right upside down. I?ll be back in 3 weeks for another Tiramisu Latte, thank you!

Such a shame
A lot of business people pop into Starbucks for a coffee and to catch up on there emails
The internet here is unusable and the staff was not interested in even trying to help

Worst Starbucks I?ve ever seen, anywhere . Unfriendly staff chatting away Not returning a friendly hello , and the grubbiest ladies? bathroom in all of England. So dirty that I was totally put off my thought of an espresso. Sad really.

Clean, plenty of seating and car parking, friendly staff but an excruciating wait for service if several customers arrive simultaneously. With only 2 staff serving drive-through and in-store, the adjoining 'Greggs' might be the better option.

the new refresha drinks suck. its like a watery cheap drink your mum would make you as a kid in your council house. pics look amazing but these are a complete rip off? my first time at starbucks.. ?

?Such a lovely and cozy place! I had a wonderful stay here and absolutely loved their coffee. The staff is incredibly respectful and welcoming ? they truly make you feel at home. I highly recommend visiting this spot to enjoy their delicious coffee and sandwiches. Don?t forget to leave them a great review. They truly deserve it!?
