Our car spring snapped whilst on holiday luckily we were staying at a site by the garage.I cannot fault the service we received they were polite professional and sorted the car in time for us leaving. Concerned about a wheel shudder in my daughters just purchased Mazda, I was passing and pulled into Phipsons Thursday before Easter, on impulse, for an opinion. They dropped everything to check out the problem patiently, thoroughly and without fuss. What presented as a straightforward wheel balancing issue proved a bit more complicated but the boys put aside their Easter deadline priorities to get me sorted and on my way. Needed a new tyre and they didn?t want to charge me for the time. I was there about 2 hours.
