Helen was recommended by where I bought my dress as I wanted lots of alterations. She booked me in early as I was worrying about it, we discussed all changes and after an extra fitting, Helen made all the changes I wanted. Helen was super warm and welcoming to both my mother and myself who needed some alterations on our dresses for my wedding. Mum was told previously that her dress alterations would be very difficult but Helen approached it with ease and my mother was super happy with her fit as mother of the bride. Helen helped me protect a little more of my modesty as my dress had quite the plunge and she made the straps and length fit my body perfectly. Would, and have, highly recommend Helen for all your altering needs!

I?ve just collected my wedding dress after Helen made the alterations for me. I couldn?t be happier - the dress fits perfectly and looks even better than I could have imagine. Helen was wonderful - she took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted and to explain what she would need to do to the dress. She had useful suggestions for me based on her experience, many of them things I would never have thought of, but that made the dress fit me so much better and so much more practical for the day. Couldn?t recommend Helen more highly!

Today I picked up my dress and bridesmaids dresses, I'm absolutely buzzing... I fell in love with my dress and this is all down to Helen. Helen's understanding, fun and an absolute professional in her skill, she really listened and nothing was too much bother, she is an absolute genius with a sewing machine! Helen did such an amazing job altering my wedding dress, adding in custom shoulder straps so I could go from day to night with ease. She made me feel so comfortable and well looked after, listened to what I wanted to feel like and made it happen. Couldn't recommend more!

I?ve just picked up my wedding dress after alterations and I cannot thank Helen enough for sorting out my wedding dress. I now feel soo comfortable in it and fits perfect. Helen did a fabulous job with my wedding dress and I can?t wait to wear it on my big day! My dress had a lot to take in on a very intricate part of the dress and had many layers that needed to be removed - I was so surprised at how perfect it looked but Helen was able to help me achieve the look I wanted when I first tried on the dress in the wedding dress shop - could not recommend more highly.

Helen has recently altered my wedding dress and my bridesmaids wedding dress and I?m so pleased with the results! Helen is so talented at what she does, giving your wedding dress to someone is a very big thing to do, but the dress looks perfect and you cannot tell any alterations have happened. The attention to detail and time spent makes everything look perfect! My dress fits like a glove, I couldn?t be happier - thank you Helen!
