Ran out of frozen raw dog food, unfortunately the day I went in here the freezers were out of order, fortunately they had dried raw food as an alternative. Wouldn't say they were the cheapest place but were local and stayed open until 6pm which was a blessing.

bigger inside than expected and had every i needed... a little pricy compared to amazon but support your local shops is important.Great staff and very helpful

Just popped in for some cat food but wasn't sure what to take. Nobody came to assist so just grabbed what I thought suited.Two guys behind counter were having g a lovely chat so felt quite guilty disturbing them with my purchase.I'm sure it's a good store but probably won't rush back.

I have been a frequent customer of this store and others in the area. However, this is my more common store now. I get the most amazing and personal service every time I go in from Mitch and Lucy. It's really nice to see that people do really care and it's not just a job to them. Jenni

Perhaps a tad pricey but shop is stocked very well, is lovely and clean. Staff are always on hand to assist you and greet you with a smile. Puppy socialisation class on a Saturday is always a welcome treat.

Such a great idea to have little sample jars for all the dry foods, so your pet can try them out for free before you purchase.The staff were lovely, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

We absolutely love Petscorner in New Milton, the staff are so friendly and helpful. When we were down here last year on holiday they helped fit our Shitzu puppy Colin with a new harness and even ordered the matching leaf for next day delivery. This year we visited again whilst on holiday and the staff are still as friendly and help. They advised and showed us dog treats that were grain free and better quality for Colin and they adore him, fuss him (after asking if it?s okay) and he loves them too as they reward Colin with a treat. The range of products, food etc stocked in this store is amazing and we would not go anywhere else whilst done here on our holidays. Love it.

I was skeptical when visiting, I haven't had the greatest experiences in some Pets Corner shops. I was surprised with my visit to the New Milton shop at how wonderful all the staff are. One lady in particular Lucy. I found myself in a loosing battle with my dog who is fussy. After an eye opening chat about food I decided to change his biscuits. I was also given ways to encourage him to eat, even our kids got involved. We tried a couple of her suggestions: scatter feeding or folding it in a blanket which she kindly demonstrated. He's now been eating all of his food for two weeks and is in better condition. I'm over the moon. Big thank you to Lucy who is an asset to your company ?
