We would like to thank Sue on the bakery for her pleasant attitude helping us find some wonderful flapjacks that the store has, we were shopping approximately 5.30pm so the shelves were low on stock, however she said that she would put together some for us while we continued our shopping she then found us and gave us our flapjacks.
She definitely went the extra mile.
Extremely good customer service.

Store is too small. There is not enough choices unlike their bigger stores. Same good value for money. It is always busy so a bit more investment to extend would go down well.
