came into day and was greeted by a tall chap with banana splits hat. Customer service was lacking
and rude. I couldn't pay £20 of pound coins in but could only do paper money. Went to get a meal deal and the shop was chaos cages everywhere.
Had a young guy with blonde hair who was brilliant and very tired- his colleague was just awful and not what a brand would want to represent them.
I wont be returning to this branch

Went to collect parcel as I had a message to say it had been delivered. On arrival to two members of staff who said it was closed and couldn't give me my parcel as they didn't know how to do it. Staff need to be trained this is something simple!!!! I urgently needed this parcel, had I known I would have used another one. I have often found it closed which never used to be the case. If you need something urgent I advise to go elsewhere!!!! A shame as nice staff there and not their fault. I shall go elsewhere from now on.

Unprofessional, untrained staff. Specifically, the staff work in the post office and amazon Return desk. I visited last Wednesday to return the Amazon item after scanned my email bar code. The staff said it's done. I left the store on their trust. After 2 days, I vews the status of the return item on the Amazon app. It was mentioned that we are waiting for you to return the item on said location. It meant I lost the item as well as the money. How disgusting and ignorant staff are ????? Extremely unhappy with them.

Staff helpful but couldn't crack a smile, I even tried to make a joke but stone cold sad face stayed! Shame would have given 3 stars for a smile.
Customer service is a must!

Have always found staff very helpful. Some other reveiws say that their not helpful, then again I would'nt if I had to deal with the public. As they're the ones who are rude and obnoxious .( Not all though. )All shops have had a hard time these past couple of years . I would'nt be spoken to like I've heard some people speak to the staff. Keep up the good work , take care .???

I have been spoilt having a lovely store (Premier Wych Lane Gosport) and have moved to New Milton. Bought a few things and staff member barely looked at me before grunting " £6.50" will have to go elsewhere. UPDATE things have improved with staff appearing much better at providing service. Out paper boy/girl do a great job in all weather's.

I seriously can not believe what I have just found in my daughters bottle . I brought a apple juice and it was full off mould . I feel mortified that my daughter drunk from her bottle absolute disgust.
