I found the staff to extremely polite and helpful, a member of staff went above and beyond all expectation in assisting me with my shop. I am partially sighted and she assisted me the whole way from front door to checkout. I felt it was a real VIP experience. Can?t recommend enough

Been going here for years as it's local but only because I had to, since the new manageress has taken over it's a different place, the staff seem more motivated and the store is so much tidiyer , she is a breath of fresh air and an asset to your company, having worked in retail all my life I can see a good manager when I see one and you have one

Police officer wannabe manager wants to stop asking for ID on his 30 year old regulars / well known local business owner. 3 occasions in a row for rolling papers each time seeing me pull up in my car ???? I?ll stick to beechwood where the staff actually remember their daily customers ! I don?t mind to carry ID but at 30 years old and very very rarely get asked maybe once a year. I don?t tend to carry it as I have a massive tendency to loose cards / ID and it?s £75 a pop for a new one! Inconvenient to say the least and a bit of common sense would dictate I?m certainly not under 18 ?????
