I had a really good experience this morning. Jasmine was very ready to help and took all my concerns seriously. She gave me complete autonomy over my decisions and was patient and thorough. Thank you Jasmine you were brilliant!

I had an appointment today at 10.30 due to unforeseen road works I was exactly 5 minutes late and was then told I had to rebook as the member of staff was unable to see me. What kind of customer service do they call that. I will not be dealing with that branch again.

If you love waiting this is the place for you. Every time I use this â??bankâ? takes to long. Putting in a check today. Two cashiers and one desk open. One guy using the automated pay in machine. I was told to wait and use the machine. After airing for 10 minutes another staff member with a iPad said I can use the desks to save me waiting.
So went to the desk I was originally turned away from. Shuts before its advertised times and even with people in the building still they lock the door and just tell you itâ??s closed. This is not a branch for customer service.

Used to be a good branch but since they got that pay in machine has gone massively downhill as the staff have to spend more time trying to make customers use it than actually serving. One day one of the staff members refused to serve me at the window and made me queue for the machine for over ten minutes. Ridiculous. If Natwest wasn't closing down I'd have changed banks already.
