Very good visit today, well stocked for choice, not much of a wait. The two staff on duty were excellent. Very polite and friendly. Good service. Coffee was lovely.

It's in a Tesco so atmosphere is limited but food always good, drinks good, and Sam and Kati are fantastic! I'd totally poach them for my cafe if I had one

Came in for a peaceful early morning coffee. Customers behaving impeccably but staff very loud and unprofessional. Manager was sitting in customer seats on his laptop and shouting back and forward from his seat to the till staff regarding stock levels etc. One particularly loud female staff behind the till who seemed keen everybody would hear what she was doing and saying. This is unfortunate as the coffee and decor are great but certainly gone downhill since recent new manager started.

Terrible customer service - three staff on shift on a Saturday milling about, talking amongst themselves whilst queue gets longer and tables disgusting state. Clueless.

So slow. One Barista on a Saturday morning. Trying to serve several customers at a time. Ended up getting my coffee several minutes after customers who arrived and paid after me. All I wanted was a americano so not complicated. Coffee was cool when I got it. Not the Saturday treat I was going for.
