New Milton high street is a lovely store, the team is really friendly and always working hard even being understaffed ! The advertised time of 6pm closing time on the doors and online was again shortened to 5pm. There was definitely the atmosphere of being hustled out. Outdoor chairs and tables were brought inside by 4:15pm. There was so many people still coming in to Costa at 2 minutes to five, more were refused entry with the key turned... read full comment
