I've used Charles Nobel many times over the last 10 years, most recently for a custom engagement ring upgrade and a wedding band. As an ex-jeweller I can be quite particular. Piers and the Team are highly professional, have a great level of expertise and a brilliant range of quality pieces. They are the only Jewellery and Diamond Merchants I will use and come very highly recommended.

We came into Charles Nobel back in May looking for our wedding bands. I asked for something very specific, a bespoke ring as I wanted my wedding band to fit flush against my engagement ring. When I first got it back, it wasn't quite right, however they took it back and made sure it was perfect for what I wanted. I love it so much and can't stop staring at it!
A special mention for Keith as he was so friendly, patient and very helpful with his suggestions when we came in together. Thank you so much!

I would 100% recommended Charles Nobel New Milton. I recently had a ring designed and made by Piers and his team. The process was an absolute pleasure from the first browse in the window and several visits to the shop looking at various rings, going through the design process and then collecting the most beautiful ring. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, especially for Lisa and Piers who spent a lot of time helping me get my perfect ring. I will certainly be going to them again for any future purchases. Thank you.

Piers and his team provide an exceptional service. I have used them for bespoke jewellery design and custom pieces, and the quality is outstanding. They work tirelessly to make the whole experience memorable. Yet another beautiful piece of custom made jewellery from the amazing team at Charles Nobel. This time a gorgeous modern gold ring with Lab Grown diamonds. (Husband had a hand in it too) . Matches perfectly with the gold/diamond bangle made by them last year! A very Happy customer. Thank you team CN ? . Am already working on the next idea ! I had my grandmothers channel set diamond ring remodelled by Charles Nobel. Initially I was pleased with the result, however after 2 years, all of the diamonds had come loose. I returned to the store where I was asked for my receipt, which of course I had not kept. I then had to trawl through bank statements to find date of transaction.
I was later called to advise that the ring was out of its 1 year guarantee, and that as the wearer of the ring, I have damaged it and therefore must pay to have the stones tightened. Piers the owner of the store had the absolute worst attitude towards me as a customer, blaming me for their shoddy workmanship. Piers advised me to wear my ring more carefully, and asked me if I get my car serviced, therefore I should get my ring serviced, I was rather taken aback by how rude he was towards me. He then advised as an apparent ?gesture of good will?, they would CHARGE ME at cost price to tighten the stones.
This ring sat happily on my grandmothers finger for 60 years until they got their hands on it. Never will I return to this store not would I recommend them. If anything is precious to you- steer clear of Charles Nobel and save yourself from Piers?s attitude.

Piers and the Charles Nobel Team were outstanding in remodelling two rings into one for me. My original rings were made with much treasured stones and I wanted to be able to continue to wear them. From start to finish the whole experience was first class and the finished ring is absolutely beautiful. It is a brand new ring but still very familiar to me and that is exactly what I wished for. I cannot thank you all enough.
