Today we visited the store in New Milton and would like to comment that the service we received was absolutely 1st Class from the Manageress and her staff in the restaurant also the Men's wear department where I purchased a jacket.
With doubt 5 stars recommend...The Very Best....Many Thanks.

If buying sale clothes items at Bradbeers New Milton, make sure you try them on in store, wish I had as you can't return them if it doesn't fit! It does say on the receipt but who really looks at that, they say they tell you but I definitely wasn't told, being a larger lady if this was the case I would have tried it on, I've learned that Bradbeer brands are not for size 18 plus, they simply don't fit! So no more shopping there for me but a heads up for you ?.

Big shout out to the lady in the Lingerie Dept - I visited today looking for post-surgery bras; although not fully trained in this aspect, she was very helpful & kind & I found exactly what I was looking for. This will now be my first choice.

After looking forward to visiting your store my friend and I were so shocked and disappointed when in the ladies clothing dept we asked to try on some clothes and firstly were told by the shop assistant she had 5 mins until her lunch so loathed to open up the changing cubicles, but eventually did. We then moved to the other end of the shop and went to the til to pay for an item, the shop assistant there had her back to me and clearly wasn't going to acknowledge me. My friend was trying on a jacket and asked if there were any more sizes and she replied quite rudely, if its not there then no. Terrible customer service, a smile and a willingness to be helpful would have been nice. Needless to say we left our items and left the shop.
Such a shame as had to drive some distance and we. were looking forward to a lovely day out with a friend in need of cheering up. Would not recommend if you need a little tlc!

Lovely store very well stocked with everything needed for the home, etc. Also a really inviting cafe for delicious meals, sandwiches, cakes, coffee,pastries, etc.

Great shop. Felt a bit overwhelmed with the lady in the shoe department. On top of me. I just wanted to browse and maybe buy a pair of shoes. Left with nothing as she wouldn't leave me in peace.
