I recently had an eye test and bought two pairs of glasses. Gintaras was exceptionally thorough and helpful from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and committed to ensuring I had the perfect set up for my glasses. all the team members I spoke to are very helpful and professional. New Milton have lots of choice of glasses and well trained friendly staff so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend going there.

I had occasion to return to Boots Opticians, New Milton today, on 27/08/25 due to a change in glasses and was seen again by Alice and Ann.
As before on 12/08/25 I received superb, professional treatment in which Alice's thorough, competent, decisive and comfortable professionalism was greatfully received.
I cannot speak highly enough of Alice and all the staff and trust that that not only Boots Head Office will be pleased to learn of my experience but will also pass on my thanks and appreciation to all staff concerned.

Today, 12.08.25, was my first full and comprehensive eye test at Boots, New Milton and I found all the staff to be helpful, pleasant and welcoming.
Ann conducted the preliminary tests in a warm, reassuring and competent manner.
Roney was very helpful and provided valuable assistance in choosing frames.
Alice provided an excellent, professional, knowledgable, decisive and competent service enabling me feel that I was in safe hands.
With such service from all concerned, I shall be pleased to use Boots services again.

My visit to Boots Opticians New Milton was a great experience.
A most welcoming shop with professional attentive staff. The eye test was the most thorough I have ever had as I chose to include the OCT advanced 3D eyescan.
The optician explained everything he had seen in detail and advised on the best lenses for my prescription. The selection of frames was very good and the one to one service was splendid.

I had such a great experience at this opticians and really wanted to share it. I have been going to New Milton Boots for 5+ years now. I went yesterday to get new prescription sun glasses and from the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, made the visit fun and easy.
Ann was very kind and helpful in guiding me through the process, making sure I felt comfortable and understood everything. Alice was equally wonderful ? answered all my questions and was genuinely interested in helping me find the right options. And Gintaras really took the time to explain things thoroughly, with such professionalism and care that I felt I was really getting the best possible options for me. Explained all the choices and pricing in great detail so I could make the right one. Even at the end when I made the last min frame choice, he was more than happy to change that for me.
It?s rare these days to come across a team that combines friendliness with such clear expertise. I left feeling not only well looked after but also really valued as a customer. I couldn?t recommend them enough ? thank you, for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Great customer service from Roney and Molly at New Milton Branch. Roney was Very helpful and thorough and we felt like he really cared about ensuring we chose the correct sunglass frames and lenses, double checking everything and not rushing us. Thank you ?

It was my first visit to a Boots Opticians after using another company for many years. After not really being happy with them I decided it was time for a change. So pleased that I did as I have never felt so well looked after. Gintaras was the first to look after me, taking all my details & sorting the eye health tests. My main eye test was done by Chris who was very thorough & explained everything to me. Shelley then helped me choose my glasses & was very helpful & patient. I have extremely bad eyesight so I am limited to which frames I can wear but I never felt rushed. I returned today to pick up my glasses & was again dealt with by Gintaras. I have never been happier with an optician's experience from start to finish & highly recommend the branch. Customer service at its best.

First time at Boots Opticians for me. Zabir was very informative and helpful following my cataract surgery. Have ordered my new glasses. All the staff including Roney, Ann & Dean were very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be going to them regularly now.

As per previous visits the service I was received from the team at this store and especially the manager was impeccable. He took time to sort the issues I was having with both pairs of glasses and left me feeling I could return at any time if I was not happy. I highly recommend Boots Opticians, New Milton store.
