Tried to call the pharmacy on four different occasions. At 1515 . PmLittle point in including the phone number if nobody is interested in answering, gave up after 6 try?s.Poor service.

Appalling Pharmacy. 4 times now they have failed to re-order my medication, leading to me running out twice and having to get emergency appointments. They then blamed it on the surgery who confirmed they had not recieved requests.I started ordering myself an worked perfectly. Tried to pick up my prescription on my lunch break only to find they had sent the whole pharmacy team on lunch at the same time during what would be the average customers lunch break. Went back today to get it at around 2, avoiding their little party lunch break to find the shop shut due to unforeseen circumstances.An absolute joke of a place that vulnerable people rely on. I will never use them again. 1 star seems generous to these clowns.

Came away on holiday from Yorkshire without methotrexate that I take once weekly. Contacted Boots pharmacy who advised me how to proceed. Contacted NHS 111 online. Arrived at the pharmacy to collect an emergency prescription an hour or so later. The staff were very helpful. And in response to my circumstances prescribed an additional week?s dosage, meaning that I can continue my holiday, without the need to spend inordinate amounts of time on the phone, explaining & ordering a new prescription from my local GP back home. Well done. And thank you

I went there to get a "pharmacy" only product, chlorplenical eye drops. Not for myself but a relative who regularly gets eye infections and knows what she needs and has always had chlorplenical eye drops. The pharmacist at boots was obstructive and demanded to either see the eye or a photograph of the eye. How ridiculous!! The government encourages one to use pharmacies, but then you get obstructive staff like this.

I phoned this store (New Milton) several times this morning. The response was an automatic recording giving me two options 1) for pharmacy & 2) for anything else. No one responds after waiting a few minutes and then the line is cut. This is poor service. I will not want to deal with this store again for collections

Not good at all. Told optometrist I could only see through right eye clearly wi to the testing frame and lenses by tilting head back and looking upwards at the letter chart. Optometrist still insisted he make up the spectacles to that prescription and that they would correct vision. After being given The spectacles, and due to still experiencing problems with Ty right eye vision especially, I later found out he had changed the lens design too without telling or agreeing with me and therefore not what I paid for, supposedly professional discretion. Yet I wasnt even Informed . So I now have something that does not work properly and is not as described andPaid for. £596 paid and refund offered is only £102.50 plus referral to specialist. Surely optometrist should know something wrong when I stated I couldnt see before glasses even made up ! Professional discretion is all very well but if you get it wrong as still its not right then you should refund for your mistake in full

Got what I needed, no queue.Visited today 14th Sep 21, completely ignored while waiting at the pharmacy counter, staff too busy to deal with visiting customers. Walked out without purchasing.
