I have just had a similar experience. Maybe with the same very rude sales woman. She refused to run your own promotional £ 5 discount voucher (when spending £ 20 or more on selected Healthcare) through for nicotine replacement therapy which I have been using for many months in the past with no issue what so ever.
Now all of a sudden she has taken it upon herself to say it does not apply for this product!!! She could do with some serious training. I have used this store regularly for the last 15 years. Not any more I?m afraid. Very disappointed. Funny this same voucher for the same product works perfectly at Boots in Lymington, Southampton, just 4 days ago, Castle Point Bournemouth and everywhere else ive used it in the past!
Just an update. I?ve had to purchase the product with voucher from Bransgore store. Voucher was fine (the very same voucher mentioned above). I don?t understand some people!

Went in today for a few bits, one being a razer, stupidly forgetting my ID. Didn?t catch the name however the lady who served me had glasses and gingerish hair in a ponytail. AFTER she scanned the razer and put it in the bag, she then asked if I was over 25, I said I was however forgot to bring my ID with me so I said it was fine and to take it off the transaction. That must?ve sparked something in her because all I got after that was her shaking her head and huffing and puffing at me and it was just down right rude. I then gave her the money to pay, she huffed and shook her head again, slammed my change on the till with my receipt and slid it towards me. I understand it was my fault I should?ve remembered my ID but I think some more training on challenge 25 needs to be done, ask for the ID before you scan the product through, and probably more training on people skills, I work in retail myself and I wouldn?t dream of standing there shaking and huffing and puffing, completely uncalled for

I wanted to compliment Charlie an assistant on the till for her help yesterday when I was trying to recycle it seemed to become troublesome and Charlie tried to help we later found out the internet was down. Thank you Charlie for your patience and help.

Went for an eye test and glasses. Fantastic service. The team comprising Alice, Roney, Ann & Dean were excellent, efficient, friendly whilst being totally professional. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Tried to call the pharmacy on four different occasions. At 1515 . PmLittle point in including the phone number if nobody is interested in answering, gave up after 6 try?s.Poor service.

Appalling Pharmacy. 4 times now they have failed to re-order my medication, leading to me running out twice and having to get emergency appointments. They then blamed it on the surgery who confirmed they had not recieved requests.I started ordering myself an worked perfectly. Tried to pick up my prescription on my lunch break only to find they had sent the whole pharmacy team on lunch at the same time during what would be the average customers lunch break. Went back today to get it at around 2, avoiding their little party lunch break to find the shop shut due to unforeseen circumstances.An absolute joke of a place that vulnerable people rely on. I will never use them again. 1 star seems generous to these clowns.

Came away on holiday from Yorkshire without methotrexate that I take once weekly. Contacted Boots pharmacy who advised me how to proceed. Contacted NHS 111 online. Arrived at the pharmacy to collect an emergency prescription an hour or so later. The staff were very helpful. And in response to my circumstances prescribed an additional week?s dosage, meaning that I can continue my holiday, without the need to spend inordinate amounts of time on the phone, explaining & ordering a new prescription from my local GP back home. Well done. And thank you

I went there to get a "pharmacy" only product, chlorplenical eye drops. Not for myself but a relative who regularly gets eye infections and knows what she needs and has always had chlorplenical eye drops. The pharmacist at boots was obstructive and demanded to either see the eye or a photograph of the eye. How ridiculous!! The government encourages one to use pharmacies, but then you get obstructive staff like this.

I phoned this store (New Milton) several times this morning. The response was an automatic recording giving me two options 1) for pharmacy & 2) for anything else. No one responds after waiting a few minutes and then the line is cut. This is poor service. I will not want to deal with this store again for collections
