I have just had a similar experience. Maybe with the same very rude sales woman. She refused to run your own promotional £ 5 discount voucher (when spending £ 20 or more on selected Healthcare) through for nicotine replacement therapy which I have been using for many months in the past with no issue what so ever.
Went in today for a few bits, one being a razer, stupidly forgetting my ID. Didn’t catch the name however the lady who served me had glasses and gingerish hair in a ponytail. New Milton I wanted to compliment Charlie an assistant on the till for her help yesterday when I was trying to recycle it seemed to become troublesome and Charlie tried to help we later found out the internet was down. Thank you Charlie for your patience and help.
