Been to this site numerous times and have previously enjoyed all that it offered. This time, we booked a "Classic" (that word is used very loosely) caravan based on the info available. Wasn't keen on the positioning of it (down towards the road) but that was the least of the issues. The good points were: spotlessly clean, no cooking smells. The negatives though are many: no patio doors, curtains coming off the rails, no coffee table, no bedside or wall lights, no cushions, minimal amount of electric sockets, thin insulation of walls meant you could hear every movement from caravan next door - who just happened to get up at 6am and bang doors etc, no proper verandah. Very disappointed with it as we have always found the accommodation to be of a high standard. As this appears now to have been the cheaper end of their market we will have to look at upgrading if we go again (probably a marketing ploy I suppose). With so many lovely looking vans on the site it is a shame that anybody is still expected to use some of the old wrecks down at Field Close!

We stayed in a premium 2 bedroom caravan. It was first class. It had everything we needed and more for a great holiday. A comfy, well equipped caravan with a fabulous decking area. The park is very close to the beach and there are great walking opportunities in all directions. We didn't make much use of the onsite facilities as we prefer to go on days out to explore the local area or to the beach for swimming. And in the evenings there is a great selection of local eateries to try out. However, we ate at the onsite restaurant a couple of times. The service was great and the food was of very good quality and good value. Hoburne Naish is one of our favourite holiday locations and we go back year after year. We're looking forward to going back next year already.

Privately rented caravan good spot over looking the sea internet not the best but that?s the sites issue not the van owners laundrette now closed down had to go into highcliffe to laundrette luckily the weather has been hot so could use the outdoor pool as on arrival we were told the indoor pool is shut for the rest of the season so if the visitors go towards the end of the season and the weather is bad there?s no pool in use bar service is very slow bar menu limited nothing on in the venue now the kids are back to school

We actually stayed July 2022 and are Hoburne fans. Fabulous location and great park. Spotless, well appointed dog friendly premium caravan. Beach is amazing with great access from the park. Pools were great. Fresh baguettes from the shop. Range of activities for kids. Lovely, lovely family break which we couldn?t fault! We would have gone back late Aug 2022 but unfortunately it was fully booked.

Another wonderful stay. We love this holiday park for the location and facilities. We enjoyed the aqua aerobics every day followed by a swim in the heated outdoor pool, sauna and steam. The entertainment team is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the team shows and visiting acts. The park is located on a beach that is dog friendly all year around. We will be back.

Firstly, we wete greeted by a lovely reception, bar, quiet area. Our caravan was cliff top with spectacular views of the Solent, the accommodation was modern and very comfortable with a lovely verandah with garden furniture and a parasol. Our fire alarm kept going off in the early hours of the morning(no fire , low battery warning) and the security team acted swiftly to remove and replaced it by 9am. The lounge/bar area was extremely comfortable , the staff were very approachable and friendly. We visited the near by (8 miles or so) witches village of Burley, which is well worth a look. The Saturday market was very busy and the 'locals' were moaning about holidaymakers making this too busy! This is nit the first time we had heard this! Read on! Unfortunately, the only reason the review is not 5 stars is because some of the owners/residents that kept complaing about holiday makers using 'their' facilities. (We heard this on many occasions during our stay)They were very vocal in the indoor pool area, and were openly saying we should not be able to use their pool, sauna, steamroom. I think there should be a owners time then the public to rectify this. This was the only thing that made our stay uncomfortable. We did not go to the shows so I cannot comment on this. All in all it was a lovely holiday, with fantastic facilties and breathtaking views.

Thank you to the entertainment staff at Hoburne Jo, Sammy and Sam. Our kids have had a fantastic holiday, so many memories made for us and them. The entertainment staff worked so hard. Thank you, happy children means happy parents!

We recently visited this site and we had the absolute best time. The food was incredible and the staff were amazing. We have a daughter who has special needs and the staff were amazing with her. We really couldn?t have asked for more. The staff were friendly and professional. The caravan was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday special.

After visiting Bashley twice before one of those times just four weeks ago we had high hopes for Naish and were actually looking to purchase a lodge. Firstly when we arrived reception very unhelpful lodge was dirty. However this was offered to be rectified but was easier to do ourselves. Food was ok. Just found reception very rude and u helpful when trying to book activities made to feel stupid. Pool area was dirty and unkept nothing at all like Bashley! Children?s entertainment was the best overall part of the holiday. For £300 nearly per days and loosing two days either side due to check in and out times very very unimpressed. And due to this will defiently be going back to Bashley and hopefully purchasing there!

As a fairly seasoned Hoburne customer (holidaying with them for 16 years and have experienced the majority of their parks) I have to say I've pretty much seen it all and yet - settle in guys... We paid almost double for 7 nights in a Palma apartment more than any of our previous stays in the summer holidays. We travelled as part of a larger group with family members ranging from 6 - 76 even including a ?. We always visit the Toby at Hinton (which is welcoming and efficient) before check in at 4pm. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes as the apartments weren't quite ready until 4.30pm. Challenge number 1 Holidaying for 7 nights seems no longer a 'thing' Like with most parks it is either Mon -Fri or Fri-Mon meaning that nothing is really planned or happening on change over days. One plus to this is the pool was fairly quiet on the Friday. One additional challenge is having to now navigate additional timetable for the subsequent week!!! Challenge number 2 Trying to find out what is going on! Long gone are the days of SAMMY club at 10.30 followed by quiz then family activity. We looked on the Hoburne fb page (updated on a Friday) and were working from 4 different timetables - most starting on a Friday and ending Thursday. Perhaps a Mon - Fri and Fri - Mon would make more sense? TIP Make sure you locate/download/photograph all 4 of these. Activities den (all payable activities) Leisure, Daytime but also has a mix of evening and Evening. ALL daytime activities including leisure and activity den need to be booked at reception - yep even the free ones!!! We asked about several daytime activities and no-one really seemed to know what they involved. Some were run by hosts and some by leisure team but no one seemed to have told the receptionists. In fact Samuel said on the mic that no one had been to the Hoburne academy for 2 months and when a guest asked Lillie how to do this activity during Coral Cove she said she had no idea!!! How are we meant to know if even the staff don't? Our children tried a few of the free activities like football, pool party, water polo, Dino party which they enjoyed. The water polo got a bit boisterous being all ages so maybe consider this when competitive teens are in the pool with littler ones. Challenge number 3 As previous reviews suggest the park feels like is majority owners or locals with a leisure pass and is more geared up in favour of this. We REALLY tried to book onto aqua - which is now on everyday at 9.15am. Check in is on Monday at 4 , went to book activities while we waited til 4.30 and only managed to get 4 spaces for 2 days. All the rest were fully booked!!!! What about the rest of the holidaymakers? Please please think about this and perhaps keep a few slots free in each session for us visitors. The aqua teacher was AMAZING. This was one of the only places during the whole holiday where we included and made to feel just as welcome as her regulars. BIG shout out to the lovely lady who runs this. No wonder it is so popular. We went out to the evening ents from 6pm every night. The kids club part of this was actually well run with each evening following a similar format. TIP if you want a table get in for 6 even though the activities don't start until 6.30pm. Because we stayed for 7 nights it kind of ends up being 2 breaks back to back so on the weekend the games were repeated - go fetch and beach ball keep up only 1 or 2 days apart. There were several children who had obviously seen this many times before so paid no attention to the stories or dances bringing random toys, balls etc onto the dance floor and never sitting down - some even climbing onto the stage! They were not asked to sit down and some nights the hosts joined in the chats instead of watching the story! Challenge number 4 Same children every night bring chosen for prizes. one night a girl who hadn't even played the game got given a prize - to which she said she hadn't even played. 10/10 for honesty. I could tell you the names of the favourites and even their parents names and what

We were fortunate to watch Lillie and Sammy last night. They were absolutely brilliant with the kids. Both complete naturals. Lillie then did a solo singing slot. An amazing voice! Both so talented. Will definitely be back to watch them again!

This was the first time we have been to this particular site after going to Park a few times. We had a lovely holiday but there were a few tweaks we would make personally. First of all, entertainment. What has happened to the great entertainment at Hoburne? There used to be actual talent on the stage not just wannabes. The "manager" Joseph who obviously thinks alot of himself needs bringing down a peg or two. He had alot to say and some very close to the mark that was very distasteful in places - aswell as looking very scruffy especially during his "singing" set. We felt sorry for the others in the team who had to fight to be heard over him. On the flip side we absolutely loved the coast house. We heard thru the grapevine that this had recently been updated and it did not disappoint. We had lots of lovely meals in there and the staff were so attentive particularly Molly and Rachel. Both very friendly and helpful. The main reason we came back a few times was due to great customer service. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would come back without a doubt but the entertainment let down our stay and it is so important to have great entertainment in my opinion.

Perfect stay from start to finish! The lodge was beautifully decorated, the hot tub was fab, all the staff, especially a lady called Gaynor were wonderful, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, it was my son, Lucas birthday and they helped to make our stay so memorable, the facilities were varied and clean, the club decor was lovely and a space pleasurable to spend time in, but really the staff contribute so much, they?re so experienced and proactive, thanks to all, and Gaynor! For a truly wonderful holiday

We stayed for 10 nights in one of the holiday homes. We have a 2 and a half year old and 14 week old. The entertainment is second to none! Samuel, Lillie, Joseph and Samantha have been amazing running the entertainment every night. They are so funny and have so much patience. Each night is different and really fun ! Joseph is extremely funny and has a great singing voice, Samantha made my little girl smile so much and my little boy too ! Samuel and Lillie make a great duo and the energy is amazing ! They certainly know how to party dance ! They really make the coral cove disco more than a disco! It is so much fun and really allow kids to gain confidence and have great stories to tell their friends at nursery ! Nothing is ever too much for the four of them and they always give 110% ! A big thank you to Samantha, Joseph, samuel and Lillie for making our holiday ! Can?t wait to come back with the kids.
