“I found the staff to extremely polite and helpful, a member of staff went above and beyond all expectation in assisting me with my shop. I am partially sighted and she assisted me the whole way from front door to checkout. I felt it was a real VIP experience. Can’t recommend enough”

“beautiful site, spotless, I've never seen such a clean tidy site, lodge with hot tub lovley , also very clean , only 3 things I'd like for the older holiday makers,a rubber shower mat for inside the shower, something in the shower for shampoo bottles and higher sofas, Chris x”

“Have been a customer for many years and the staff have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Branch is conveniently located and well presented.Others have commented negatively with regards to long waits to be served - yes, if you time your visit for a busy period (first thing, lunchtime etc) then there can be a 5/10min wait, but on the other hand many times mid mornings, I've been able to go straight to a cashier or be next-but-one in the queue. Its a small branch with only 3 cashier spaces, of which 1 is currently unused to comply with distancing guidelines - not something that's easily changed.”

“Only popped in for the odd thing - staff have always been fine with me, most visits stocked what I wanted. Shop stocks a good variety of products and prices are reasonable. I laugh at the fact that people complain in comments that prices are higher than Tesco etc - this is not a superstore - it's a convenience store!On a different note - Pity the local council won't sort out the entrance /exit onto the main road despite an elderly guy getting stuck half I to the road with a mobility scooter. Watch your car on the way in/out.”

“Have always found staff very helpful. Some other reveiws say that their not helpful, then again I would'nt if I had to deal with the public. As they're the ones who are rude and obnoxious .( Not all though. )All shops have had a hard time these past couple of years . I would'nt be spoken to like I've heard some people speak to the staff.
