A lovely hot pastie and cup of coffee.

The cafe was clean and well presented, but I felt it was let down by the restricted (and very pricy) menu.

Very dissatisfied with the cafe. Stopped off for a breakfast, stood and read tge menu, decided what we wanted to be told that the WiFi and tills were not working. That's fine, I have the exact money , cash so no problem. But no, tgey could help with that as could not record was was sold. Never thought about using a pen. Did apologise but could of done more in my opinion, probably not there business so not bothered. I would of offered a free coffee out the machine like the ones they were drinking.

First went there a year or so back and had a nice breakfast. Went there last month and they only now have breakfast Baps! I asked, can you just put the items on a plate and the bap roll next to it? No they couldn't do that for some reason! It's a brilliant location and they could do so much more with the menu and some of the staff. Sadly, I won't be going there again, until they change the menu for proper food. There's plenty of other places to go

Great museum. Truly terrible cafe. Surly, rude staff dripping with poor attitude. Menu clearly states baps ?available all day?. Asked for bap at 2:35pm. Was told that hot food was over at 2:30pm. Pointed out the sign saying ?available all day?. Was told that the kitchen had stopped. Pointed out that there were over a hundred people attending an event at the museum - a decent captive audience and source of revenue. Was told that was the reason the kitchen had stopped. Pointed out that he said it was because it was after 2:30. He shrugged. Ten minutes later saw same staff eating hot food outside on the balcony. So they?re liars as well as incompetents. Due the excellent museum and overview of the airfield, the staff clearly feel that they don?t need to try. Can?t judge the food as we didn?t get any. Thyme and Tides is a five minute drive away towards Salisbury. It was excellent.

How very dissapointing . Often used to go for breakfast and children to play in the park. Last time . Menu change and not for the better. Food served in cardboard trays . ! Only available as rolls . No longer do a traditional apache breakfast. One person's order missed completely. Young man serving clearly didn't want to be there . Overall very poor. On to find somewhere new. Museum still very good. I feel they Will loose a lot of money this way from people who just visit to eat . We travel 40 mins to go . Not worth the journey now .

It's 1 star for the sheer amount of waste they must produce! Not at all environmental friendly. Went on a busy day and had a cartoon of juice and piece of (terrible) cake. Served with throw away fork and plate! The bin was overflowing with single use plates, cups and cutlery. It was shameful, especially in this day and age. It's disappointing as I love the museum but will avoid the cafe.

Myself, Kenneth, Martin, Dermo & Captain Jim visited here on our monthly breakfast and 10 pin bowling club day out. We like aeroplanes and the scientific aspect of flight itself so thought we would give this place a visit and have a look around whilst we were here. There?s a lovely old tank that greets you in the car park and the weeds were at a minimum, in-fact it?s one of the cleanest car parks I?ve ever seen, well done to the team on that. The cafe is situated around the side of the building and set on the first floor next to the museum itself. We all had the spitfire special. Not one of the best breakfasts we?ve had, but by no means the worst. Did take quite a while from order to the plate being delivered to the table to be honest and I think this is why a few items were on the cold side. I must be honest the mushrooms were not very nice either, straight from the tin, maybe they could infest in potting area, and produce some fresh vegetables, and ingredients for the breakfast there?s plenty of room there. The condiment situation needs improvement aswell! Very limited selection, poor quality and you have to ask, as the are small sachets situated behind the tilling area. This is a very important part of a breakfast, and our advice would be greatly improve this area asap. The coffee was nice, but the cold drink selection was poor. The cutlery was good and the knife and fork felt comfortable in your hand. After the breakfast we went to the toilet. Again could do with some improvement, they felt a bit like a toilet you would find in a school, and not very relaxing for a after breakfast poo, Dermo was not impressed. All in All, this is a nice place, and a wonderful location. We found the staff to be friendly only a little slow on cooking time. The cakes were also very dry.

Great location, plenty of inside and outside seating options overlooking the airfield. Ypu do not need to enter the museum - the cafe access is to the right of the building ie no entry fee. Families, cyclists, motorcyclists, all welcome and a play patk for the children. Friendly and welcoming staff, delicious breakfast baps and teas, we shall return, thank you very much ?

Sadly on both recent visits staff have been unhelpful and rude - on one occasion half an hour before closing they mopped the floor around our feet - with no regard to safety of customers walking on wet floors! We will not visit again - such a shame as it lets down the brilliant museum

Used to be able to get a nice simple bacon roll here. All they serve now ate breakfastbaps shoved full of sausages eggs bacon and s hash brown for twice the price. Very unhealthy, just a cholesterol test, and it looks unappetizing and vulgar.

Absolutely rubbish !! Limited menu of bacon or sausage baps only for breakfast. And to top it all i was not allowed to have a bacon and sausage bap . One or the other only . Was clearly too much effort for the Miserable woman in the kitchen . Overpriced rubbish !!

A lovely cafe attached to the army museum. Has brilliant views of the air field! Staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. If they don't have something on the menu they are more than accommodating with substituting it with something else. I've been a handful of times now and I can honestly say it's a lovely clean, friendly, quick place to get a snack while visiting the museum!

This cafe is a complete embarrassment to the museum. The museum is fantastic, the cafe is a massive letdown, limited choices on the even more limited menu. Tried to order a sausage bap, ?no baps?. Ok can I order a sausage and some chips? ?No, it?s not on the menu so you cannot have it?. No bread, no baps, no toast? It wasn?t even lunchtime yet!Just head to Adam?s best kebab van a few hundred metres away on the way to Andover. His reviews are but better, so is his food.
