Stopped for a lunchtime drink during a cycle through the forest. Pub was fairly quiet but pub garden was lovely and the barman was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely pub at the end of a forest walk! Food always good and the owners are super friendly and welcoming. Wished we lived nearer!

Loved it. What a nice little pub nestled away at the outskirts of Lyndhurst. Lovely beer garden which is straight out onto forest tracks Great atmosphere in there and great service

The Crown Stirrup is a country pub in the heart of The New Forest serving locally sourced fresh food. The pub boasts a large beer garden to the rear that has access to a walking trail that leads into the new forest. We offer a large variety of drinks, including real ales, draught lager, cider, Guinness and premium wines and spirit. We are pet friendly. We have a pool table and sky sports. In the winter months we have an open fire in the restaurant and a fire pit in the garden.
