Genuinely the best curry my other half and I have ever had.
All the staff were wonderful.
Inside felt warm, welcoming and, whilst small, well spaced so that we were able to have a relaxed and romantic dinner together.

An excellent establishment with fantastic food and service!
We previously ordered a take away and were automatically entered into a special promotion they were running which allowed you to pick out a letter from a bag. If you selected the first letter from your name, you won a £100 to spend in the restaurant. My husband picked out his winning letter and so we won with no questions asked or limitations on the day of the week we could dine.
I really can't say enough good things about this restaurant! From the moment we arrived when coming back, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They were also very accommodating to our two year old, providing a high chair and making us feel completely at ease.
The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the chicken tikka pathia, chicken tikka masala, tamarind chicken, and a shughonda. Every dish was excellent, but the shughonda was particularly outstanding. The chicken in all the curries was juicy and plentiful with large chunks of meat. We also loved the super fresh garlic and peshwari naans, and the mango lassi was the perfect finishing touch. We'll definitely be back!

On holiday so a first visit for us. A table of 4. We were warmly welcomed having asked if they had a table with no reservation. While the side we were sat at was empty, it was soon full with every table taken. Customer service was excellent, and the restaurant decor was great to look at. Our food arrived in good time and was excellent. So many layers of different flavours. All 4 of us agreed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, seeing how busy they were I think we were lucky to have got a table on a walk in so I would recommend booking.

On my last visit 6 th August ,I was really delighted when collecting my take away to be invited to enter a free draw and I won a £100.00 meal voucher. It was such a wonderful surprise.
The staff were as thrilled as I was.

I don't usually give five stars as I like to leave room for improvement but find it hard to imagine they can.
My wife and I called in here whilst passing through on our way home and I am so glad I did. It is probably the best Indian meal I have had and that is saying something as I have had the pleasure of some very good ones but this one tops the lot for me.
The keema naan was outstanding, by far the best I have ever tasted and being a fan of onions, well, again, outstanding.
Would I recommend this restaurant, you bet I would.

I ate here approximately 30 mins ago and couldn't wait to leave a glowing review! The most delicious Indian meal I have ever had! The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were so attentive and friendly. I cannot recommend Passage to India enough - absolutely incredible! Such a wonderful evening here ?

My sisters and I had a fantastic meal at Passage to India. The staff are lovely and very friendly and the food is delicious. I feel I've eaten far too much. We always go there for a meal when we are in the area, unfortunately not often enough in my opinion. Sadly we none of us live locally.

Last week On a beautiful evening with wonderful weather, we visited an authentic Bengali restaurant. Traditional Bengali music was playing in the background, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I was very pleased indeed with the dish I chose, one of the chef's first recommendations, presumably given for those who are bewildered by endless lists of delicious food. The staff were friendly, and I'm going to call the restaurant cosy.
