Awful customer service such that I will avoid visiting WHSmith in the future :-( The store has been re-arranged and I could not find a whole section of magazines. The young man who served me basically had no interest in helping me find the items I wanted (which were in store last week) and could not even be bothered to ask a colleague if they could help. Management at this store have done no basic staff training!

Handy shop stocks all the usual Wh Smith stuff - stationary and magazines. Staff are friendly but the few occasions I have been in they are off around the shop and hard to hunt them down to pay. The floor also seems to never be hoovered.
