Just wanted to say the staff member at the till named Harry F was the friendliest shop assistant that I have met in a long time. Made us feel extremely welcome and was a really nice chap!

Awful customer service such that I will avoid visiting WHSmith in the future :-( The store has been re-arranged and I could not find a whole section of magazines.
